Up, Up and Away!!!!

Hello readers and welcome to another day of sharing.
You may notice that I do a lot of childrens birthday cards and no wonder because I do have 3
children currently under the age of 10yrs old. Parties and birthday's are always requiring cards to be made
and I am fortunate to be a demonstrator with Stampin' Up! to get to do them on a regular basis.
I made this card for a boy and I got my inspiration from a Shoe Box Swap from Stamp Camp last year.
It is so much fun to see what someone can come up with when handed the stamp set and come up with a creative way of using it.
I loved the idea with the window and phrase showing on the front and inside of the card.
The stamp set used is Up, Up and Away and the papers are called "Big Top Birthday".
Well I hope you like it and inspired you in some way.
Until next time.
Michelle

Sweet Cake

Hello to you all and welcome to another post.
It's so exciting to get something new and it's like Christmas all over again.
I'm talking about the new goodies that are available right now until July 31st from the new Autumn/ Winter Mini Catalogue.
I'm loving the new DSP Speciality Sweet Shop and I'm sure you'll agree the papers are just so cute.
The stamp set I used for this card is called "Sweet Cake" #127520  which comes with the cupcake and 3 sayings. I used glitter to make the cupcake look like frosting.
The other new item that was used is the Textured Impressions Embossing folders # 125601( Bracket).
It's just something different to give that curved edge.
If you haven't seen the new mini and you would like your own copy, please email me. It is $5 + $2 postage or if you are local you may pick one up from me and no postage will be added.
My colour pallet is Soft Suede, Calypso Coral, Pool Party and Whisper White.
This card will be added to my Facebook page Stamp On It for purchase.
Thanks for stopping by.

A New Mini and Sample Card

Hello fellow readers and welcome to another post.

I'm so relieved that after two days of suffering I'm finally over my migraine.
I'm lucky that my kids and hubby try all they can to help me when I get these and try to make life as easy as possible for me.
Now that I've got that off my chest here are some special news for you.
Stampin' Up! has release their new Autumn/ Winter Mini Catalogue for 2012 and you can order your copy NOW from me here.
Personally I think that this is one the best Stampin' Up! has released yet and you'll agree with me once you see it for yourself.
Lots of new items and you'll just want the lot.
I thought I would share a sample card of a couple of the new products from the mini to show you what I mean.
Doesn't this look yummy?
"Sweet Shop" DSP is very cute and would make the perfect Birthday Scrapbook page also.
I also used the new "Sweet Cake" stamp set. Not that you can tell from the photo, but I did use Crystal Effects on the cherry to give it that glossy look.
Well that is all from me for now and I hope you like that little teaser to get your juices flowing and to get you busy making up that new wish list.
Thanks
Michelle
